The Fanuc Memory cards come from the Fanuc OC in either 0MC or 0TC configurations with and without optional spindle, also Fanuc 6 memory, with 32kb, 128kb and 512kb for 6 systems enabled. And lastly Fanuc 11, 12 control memory. These parts are available for Exchange, in some cases surplus. New replacements memory pcbs are available for Fanuc 6 and 11, 12 controls.
